How to add multiple steps in the Shared Form?

How to add multiple steps in the Shared Form?

Open the Shared Form in edit mode.

Consider the following image. Let’s assume that we want another step in the form and move the fields Duration in Weeks and Fee to the next step.

Click the small cross to remove the relevant field from the grid.

Remove desired fields

Repeat the process until all undesired fields have been removed.

Click the General Tab.

Enable all the checkboxes.

Click the Configure Form Tab.

Click the Add Step button.

Click the Add Step button

If the newly created step is to be renamed, then click on the step’s edit icon. This however is an optional step.

Click the Edit icon

Type a new name for the step and press the Save button.

Give a new name and save

Click on the desired property name in the left-side panel. Repeat until all desired properties for the new step have been added in it.

Click the Save button.

Click the Save button

Now the Shared Form will have the configured number of steps.
