Editing Roles in Codeless ONE: A Detailed Guide

Heraclitus’ famous quote, “The only constant in life is change,” highlights the inevitability of transformation in all aspects of life, including the business world. Just as life evolves, so do businesses, constantly adapting to new challenges, opportunities, and market demands. This ongoing evolution often requires adjustments not only to business strategies but also to the software applications that support and drive those businesses. As organizations grow and change, the roles within them must also adapt to new responsibilities, structures, and workflows.

In response to these dynamic needs, Codeless ONE provides the flexibility to modify user roles within its applications as the organization evolves. Whether it’s a small adjustment in access rights or a complete redefinition of responsibilities, Codeless ONE makes it easy to update roles to reflect the changing landscape of the business. This ensures that employees and stakeholders always have the appropriate level of access and authority based on their current roles within the organization.
