When a user selects a language (other than English) at the time of creation of the app, the selected language is added to the language preferences.
However, there may be occasions when large teams working on a particular app, are composed of members with diversified linguistic backgrounds. This calls for multiple-languages support for the single application. To enable multiple languages in the same app, follow these steps:
Click the App Settings icon and select the Application Settings option.
Click the App Model option.
Click on the Language Tab.
The languages list is shown. Currently only one language (Arabic) is selected. This is the one selected at the time of app creation.
Select the desired language(s).
Click the Save button.
Click the Confirm button.
Click the Update App button.
Click the Confirm button.
Now click the Preferences option in the panel.
Select the desired language from the list. Note that only those languages would be in the list that were selected through the Languages Tab in App Model.
Click the Save button.
The UI of the app is converted to the selected language.
Using the same steps, any user of this app can now convert the UI to the desired language. This selection won’t affect other users. They can continue using the app with their preferred languages.
The record’s data once entered, in whichever language it is entered, is not translated.
